The reason for Shmango:

I have always loved hearing about my friend’s weekend adventures. I started to write down and keep track of the different places and events they went to. What places they really liked and what events were real adventures. After a while the list was super long and I decided that if I enjoyed going to these places and attending these events and knowing about them so would other people. So I created Shmango. I hope you enjoy it!

Founding Story:

Marlene is a Bay Area native and loves exploring new things in the Bay Area. Prior to Shmango.com, Marlene worked at a tech company for over 6 years doing a combination of product management and business development.
